Heh.  The FAA.

Many, many years ago, I did some MS-DOS work on an FAA site in Texas.  On
their PeeCees, among the many TSR programs they loaded at boot time, was a
program called "FAAQUEUE.EXE."

They pronounced it "eff-ay-ay-que," and seemed genuinely taken aback when I
pronounced it like it was spelled.
