It looks like Be knows the right way to deal with the press.  When asked
about possible Apple-Be mergers or other financial transactions between the
companies,  Be CEO Jean-Louis Gass�e offered this (from www.news.com):

"My standard reply is that all rumors are always true," said the former
president of Apple's products division.
